Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: • Work in a team to install solar panels on residential roofs; PVC plumbing assembly and coordination with pool equipment • Solar and pool automation electrical hook up and programming • Prepare and load company vehicles; maintain an accurate inventory of materials • Clean job site; Interact and communicate with customers and co-workers in a friendly, appropriate, and polite manner • Organize tools, equipment and materials in trucks and warehouse • Complete additional tasks as required Requirements: • Be comfortable working outdoors at heights and on angled roofs • Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs repeatedly and overhead • Full range of mobility in upper and lower body, with ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. • Observe safety procedures at all times and exercise caution • Attention to detail • Prior experience working on roofs and/or in construction is a plus • Work on a team and independently with minimum supervision in a steady-paced environment • Pre-employment background check and drug screen (DFWP) Benefits include: • Competitive compensation: wages paid per hour, based on experience • Paid weekly with average 40 hours per week, overtime is available during seasonal demand periods • Health benefits eligible after 90 days • 401k with company match • Holiday and Paid time off (PTO), approved unpaid vacation allowed • All training, tools and transportation to jobsites provided If you would like to be considered for this position, please email over your resume, work history or experience. \nCompany Description Stilwell Solar is a locally owned and operated solar installation company that has been in business since 1981.
