Keith Allen Jones, “Casey,” passed away from cancer on August 7th, 2022. He thoroughly enjoyed life by being around his family and friends. Later in life, he joined the Masons as well as the Moslem Shrine and spent countless hours donating his time to raise money and awareness about the Shrine hospital. His philanthropy culminated when he was nominated to join the board of the Shriners Children’s Chicago hospital where he proudly served for 7 years. To continue the compassion Casey showed the children who benefitted from being treated at the Shriners Children’s Chicago, the Casey Jones Memorial was founded in April 2023. Its focus is to fundraise for the hospital that Casey so beloved.

This year, we are hosting the 2nd annual Casey Jones Memorial golf outing at Mystic Creek Golf Course & Banquet Center on Sunday, July 21st. We will be having a raffle as well as a silent auction. Additionally, we are searching for businesses to “sponsor a hole” where a sign can be placed to advertise your business.

The funds raised from our event will be used for direct patient care to support life-changing care for kids everywhere regardless of the family’s ability to pay or insurance status. Shriners Children’s Chicago is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to children with orthopedic, neuromuscular, craniofacial conditions, and spinal cord injuries. Their experienced medical teams also provide spine care, sports medicine, and other special health care within a compassionate, family-centered, and collaborative environment.
